About this product
This Sceptre 34-inch curved ultrawide monitor offers WQHD resolution (3440x1440) with up to 165Hz refresh rate. It features a 1500R curvature, 1ms response time, 280 cd/m² brightness, and includes built-in speakers and Picture-in-Picture. Inputs: DisplayPort and HDMI. Priced at $198.38, it is suitable for gaming, design, and casual computing.
Our take
I was tempted by the Sceptre 34-inch ultrawide for its low price and high specs. The 1500R curve is nice, and 165Hz makes everything feel fluid. But the 280 nits brightness is disappointing, and colors aren't as vibrant as more expensive monitors. The 1ms response time is only MPRT, so real-world latency is higher. The built-in speakers are tinny. Still, for under $200, you get a massive screen that's great for productivity and casual gaming, just don't expect premium image quality.
