Our take
I've been gaming on the Alienware AW3423DWF and it's a treat. The QD-OLED colors are vibrant, and the 0.1ms response makes fast-paced shooters feel incredibly responsive. The 165Hz refresh is plenty smooth, and HDR content looks fantastic with those deep blacks. Build quality is solid, and the stand offers good ergonomics. On the downside, the typical brightness of 250 cd/m² is a bit dim for bright rooms, and the HDMI 2.0 limits bandwidth at 3440x1440—I had to use DisplayPort for full refresh. Still, a great monitor for the price.
